PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.


SHIPPING:

We offer Standard Ground Shipping (Free for order above $50) and Expedited Shipping (available for an extra fee). Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS.

Most qualified online orders (especially expedited orders) will be shipped the same or next business day. We don't guarantee same day shipping. A tracking number will be sent by email once the shipment is made.

Availability is constantly changing. We don't guarantee every item to be in stock or available. If any item in your order happens to be unavailable or out of stock, you will be informed either by phone or by email.

All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Estimated Ground Shipping transit time is as follows:

- West Coast 1-2 business days

- Central 3-4 business days

- East Coast 4-5 business days

If you need to receive your order by a certain date then the Standard Shipping service is not recommended. The above listed transit times do not include shipments to Alaska and Hawaii as they are subject to change depending on the specific zip code.

If you would like to expedite your order, please select the option at checkout or contact us at (833) 432-3932 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Expedited orders should arrive in 2-3 business days anywhere within the 48 contiguous states.

The exact delivery time is subject to the terms and conditions of our shipping carrier (UPS). UPS counts the first working day as the working day following the package pickup day, not the day the package is picked up. For example, the package is picked up on Tuesday, the first working day will be Wednesday. If need be, we reserve the right to use an alternate shipping carrier which offers the same level service then the one you have chosen.

All refused or returned packages will be charged for shipping costs and be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

DELIVERY:

All the merchandise sent to customer is in Brand New condition. Customer should contact us immediately if any defect is found. Customers have 3 business days from the package delivery date to check the order content and report discrepancies and defects (if any). We will only be responsible for order discrepancies and defects reported within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

We are not responsible for any delay, loss, damage or other mistakes caused by the shipping carrier. Customers have a maximum of 15 working days from the date their order was placed to claim lost packages.

PAYMENT:

Bandanas Wholesale is a subsidiary of Balec Group. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept Apple Pay, Stripe and Paypal. The transaction will appear on your credit card bill as coming from “BANDANAS WHOLESALE“. Contact us to pay by check, money order, or cashiers check (for US domestic orders only). Orders won’t be shipped until your check has cleared which can take up to 7-10 working days.

RETURNS:

Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, unaltered, unprocessed original condition inside its original packaging. We will not be responsible for returns in which any processing has been done by customer such as washing, printing, heating, embroidery, etc. The money back guarantee offered for every order placed on our website is a 15 day money back guarantee (except for customized items), less shipping & handling. No returns of any kind or exchange is accepted after 15 days. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. The Shipping fee of the returned package will also be at the customer's expense. To ensure your order is properly processed, please enclose your original invoice or shipping label in the returned package. Special offers and quantity discounts may be subject to a reduction due to a return or cancellation. Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive your return and process your refund.

With regards to ordering product samples, please note that we reserve the right to accept or refuse service to anyone as per our own determination of whether or not the request is an authentic opportunity which we choose to pursue.
